WHY A PROCESS?
Every project begins with a request, not a walk-in.
This protects the quality of the work and the care given to each client. By reviewing each request before scheduling, Sonya ensures that every garment accepted receives the full attention it deserves. Availability is limited by design — not by accident.

Submit Your Request
Share your garment type, event date or deadline, and photos when possible. The more detail you provide, the better Sonya can assess whether your project is a good fit and what timeline is realistic.

Review & Confirmation
Each request is reviewed individually. You'll hear back with availability, a timeline estimate, and next steps. Not every request can be accommodated — and that's by design. Quality over volume.

In-Studio Consultation
We meet in person at the studio to assess the garment together. Sonya examines the fabric, construction, and what the alterations require. This is where the real work begins — with clear expectations set for both sides.

Fitting & Alterations
The work is done with precision and care. Fittings occur as needed throughout the process to ensure the result is exactly right. Sonya believes in getting it right, not getting it done fast.

Completion & Pickup
Your garment is returned finished, pressed, and ready for the moment it was made for. Final pickup is coordinated directly. Sonya ensures you leave confident in how the garment fits and moves.

Enough time for multiple fittings and adjustments.

Specialty alterations
